…. is a scheme to promote the creative use of materials held in the Scottish Screen Archive. With widespread access to computers and the Internet, we now have an opportunity to deliver moving image history directly to users in their homes, schools and offices.

The production scheme has also raised awareness of the materials held in the Scottish Screen Archive. Each project team was allowed access to the Archive to research and develop the project. Within the Archive’s 1300 miles of film and 3000 hours of Scottish film history are huge resources which can be made available for commercial and non-commercial use.
…. is a new kind of documentary for the broadband age. Design Is Central have used evidence from films, made in six decades, to tell the story of the Bruce Plan.
The Bruce Plan, a plan conceived during the Second World War to radically redesign Glasgow. The web interface lets users examine and evaluate the era for themselves, effectively allowing them to explore a city that was never built and examine what actually was.
